  1. Hi thanks for the reply, Does this need to be online to run? As I'd rather keep the machine offline until I know nothing was installed
  2. My brother had my keyboard and typed www.kisscartoon.net on chrome before I could get to it. I saw what looked like a terminal style window come up and a redirect before I closed it. From the looks of it, it redirects to a website that mimics a job hunting site so that it can all be hidden well In history. I have tried scanning it with various online sandboxes but the site gives a "your information is at risk do you want to continue" warning to all of them (due to expired cert) , yet not to my computer. So it does not return as risky. The domain in the middle is: 1496.ahlefind.com I am running Windows 10 with up to date chrome. Is this stite an actual threat? Should I reinstall Windows? Any help would be appreciated, running malwarebytes now. Thanks for reading.
  3. Thanks for the reply! I am just wondering as I fiddled around in a windows sandbox and once I got around the sandbox evasion it appears to show a mitre attack crypto api that aims to steal credentials. I can link the report if desired? Or is it just aiming at attacking vulnerable windows systems instead? As the static code analysis for android gave me nothing too. I only have a pretty basic understanding on this subject so I appreciate any knowledge you can share. Thanks again for getting back to me everyone!
  4. accidentally clicked on this advert on an app on my android phone I have run it through some online malware analysis tools and it appears like it evades sandboxes on windows devices. I have no idea how to check if it has downloaded a payload on my phone however. What should be the next steps I go through. https:// aw14209e.aweb .page/p/ 9202258e-40a1-4548-b1d8-0a2873da4b92
