Browser Guard blocking videos on Cnn.com

To get videos to play on cnn.com I have to constantly have to disable browser guard. Version 93.0.4577.63 (Official Build) (64-bit) Chrome Win-10x64 with 32GB Ram. Video card Nvidia RTX2080 8GB Ram Why does MalwareBytes only have support via Forums? I am paying for MalwareBytes I should be able to get direct support for problems. This sucks!
