    The problem is that MalwareBytes refuses to help anyone who doesn't pay for their product and that their support is no better than the company themselves.

    I have tried to contact MalwareBytes, but they never responded. This website has no support and is pretty much useless to me.

    I tried to install MalwareBytes on my computer and I got a virus from it. My computer then tells me that it ran into a problem and shuts itself off. What could I do?
