  1. Was my approach to rechecking for malware correct: Update MB, delete the two history items for these files, and rerun MB? Again, thank you, Steve
  2. Thank you for the information. I updated MB, deleted the two history items for these files, and reran MB. It did not flag the two files as malicious. Was this the correct way to recheck the files? I ask because on the VirusTotal web site MB still shows the files as malicious. MB on VirusTotal shows Malware.AI.1691164579 for the VDREMOTE.DLL file and Malware.AI.2474916793 for the VDICMDRV.DLL file. Steve
  3. MB's AI flagged two files today as malware that have 2010 dates and I've had for three years. The files are VDICMDRV.DLL & VDREMOTE.DLL which are part of the VirtualDub program. MB is also the only service to flag these files on VirusTotal. I think these detections are false positives. Any comments? Thanks, Steve
