  2. Good day. I am a Resolution Specialist with https://www.oberd.com /, a website that provides electronic forms and portals for medical providers around the world. We have recently received technical support tickets indicating that patients with your Malwarebytes software are receiving block screens and Trojan virus warnings when attempting to access our portals and forms. This is directly preventing patients from accessing important medical information. Please remove our website and any associated domains from your program blacklist. Is there a standard time period for the processing of requests like this? Once this request has been processed and completed, can I expect to be updated directly or will you reply to the forum post?
