  1. Hello again and thank you in advance for help and for all help thus far, I am sorry about so many messages. I am still unable to upload my logs as the thing says it cannot find my ticket. So i just completed the Microsoft Safety Scanner. I want to mention that before hand I made sure the PC was set to not go to sleep. Some time into the scan I saw the screen go black so I moved the mouse and screen came back, but the scanner seemed frozen. I planned to give it an hour or so before I maybe asked what to do or retried running it but after about 20 mins frozen (over 1 million files scanned at that point with 20 infected files found) after about 20 mins frozen it popped up as finished. Microsoft Safety Scanner says it found bad stuff. When i view detailed results it only shows me one thing with not much info. I am purposefully adding spaces into this just in case-- VirTool : Win32 / DefenderTamperingRestore --and it says it was removed. Idk what to even make of this, again i saw it say 20 infected files while it was still running. Thank you again for help Idk what to do but I am glad something was removed at least idk.
  2. I'm sorry last question for the time being I promise, I am gonna take a break from this actually for a lil bit so I swear last question--you say this is a one time only thing I can do I am just wondering if I should wait until I can be sure potentially hidden files or whatnot will be shown? I just do not want to waste this one shot at well whatever it is, do you get what I mean?
  3. If you hover your mouse over that ten forums link it shows that it's actually that other forum post I just notice
  4. I am so sorry :( ok so I click your link posted above for how to show all hidden folders and it brings me to a different link where in this post I also see the same link as the one you posted for me above but there too it does the same thing and just reopens "Malware that opens shopping links . . . " I assume it should take me to Ten Forums? Idk what is happening I am so sorry
  5. The process i just went through is not the same as described. I mean right from the start. So idk. I get so easily confused by all this stuff. Give me a few mins I am sorry
  6. Ok i have downloaded the Support Tool. I put in my email address and ticket # but get "Invalid Information (big red X) Couldn't find a ticket using the information provided, please verify the information and try again." Info is correct 100%
  7. My antivirus does not show anything when I scan either but I am seeing many of the same problems on this new computer that I saw on my old computer where the original problem started. Please forgive me I am not arguing with you I am just saying I think this person has been able to get deep inside things or something. Idk I admit to paranoia but I mean i see these things happening. Something is wrong somewhere I just do not know how to find it or idk.
  8. Yes this computer has internet access again. No, i did not do that I do not think. I have the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool saved to my taskbar.
  9. Hello this is in reference to my support email ticket # 3548312 I cannot send through my email because it will not let me. Because I have been hacked I do not know how to fix my email. My computer does weird things and I see weird things. I have attached two files from the scan tool but I have copy/pasted my Malwarebytes scan because I cannot figure out to post it the same way these other logs worked. Guys, thank you very much for your time and effort helping me with this issue. 10. Hi again I’m sorry I don’t know what to do. I just received another email from the same person, I tried to reply and got the same message. It says I cannot reply because my message contains possible spam. I have put nothing into the messages but text, same as I am doing here, so I do not understand. The signature thing I thought might be the problem has been removed. I am just very stressed I feel like my entire life is hacked and I have a hard time communicating with people and idk what to do. I sent myself a test email and it works fine so idk. This is a new phone idk how to get him out of it.
  11. Hi ok so to clarify it is the “signature” setting in my email app (cellphone). I am pretty sure it has always been there like that but never gotten any trouble about it before. So maybe it’s fine idk everything scared me but either way I was able to delete it in settings. I have no email to reply to now though.
  12. Thank you again, very much. I went to copy my message to post here to show it should be ok, and I notice there is, at the bottom of my email message, the words “get ‘email provider’s name here’ app here” sort of thing and it does appear to be a link.
  13. Ok thank you so much for confirming! I still do not know why it sent it back to me. Thank you very much for confirming the address.
  14. Hello, yes my original support # is 3548312 and I submitted to this same site I found the forums from, same place I downloaded Malwarebytes from. and correct, I submitted my ticket then received an automated reply as is usually normal, then shortly after received an email with instructions for how to submit more info. My internet service is off for a few days (unrelated to my Malware issue) so I have not been able to follow up just yet. So now after a few days I had gotten this new email from an actual person. I replied to the this email saying about my internet being out atm and asking that my ticket stay open until I get back online. This is the message that was kicked back to me.
  15. Hello, first off please forgive if there is a better spot for me to ask this question. I have been having trouble after being hacked. I contacted Malwarebytes support through the website. I received an email back and responded. My response was immediately sent back to me saying it could not be delivered due to having spam in it. Then showed me a bunch of “info for administrators” where in this info I noticed the email address I responded was support @ mail1 dot malwarebytes dot com. See that “1” hiding in with the word mail? ok so since I did respond to this email I am freaking out assuming I have just fallen for another scam of some type. Can someone let me know if this is a valid Malwarebytes email? I have pics of the info from my email but I think it shows things I should not post publicly I am sure though. I can post the pics. I am desperate for assistance in this whole issue. Sorry again if placing this is the incorrect spot, thank you so much for any time you guys can give me on this.
