  1. Mine is now working - no reboot needed. I am guessing someone at MB came in on the holiday - and plugged in the servers... :)
  2. Nope - did not help with mine. Still getting the same message. It connects, then drops - then connects, then drops - then I get the message about the registration server.
  3. Same Here - I just updated to v3.17.0.830 - Windows 11 - and cannot connect to any server. Getting the same message as the above. Prior to the update it was working OK.
  4. First of all, just because I am using an Enterprise version of Windows does not mean it is not a valid version of Windows - why would you assume it is a cracked version of Windows? The Bonjour service, which was part of Apple's iTunes at one point, was installed when iTunes was installed, although now days it might not be needed. However, you still have not said if there are known issues with any of this software and MBP. You are making assumptions without correlating the MBP issue I am having with what you see in the log files. If this is the best support MB can provide, I can do without it. You have a terrible attitude and don't seem know what you are doing. I will either resolve the issue myself, or just use a different VPN program that actually works properly. You can consider this issue closed.
  5. I'm sorry - but these are red herrings. What do they have to do with Malwarebytes Privacy? It is not unusual for Windows to have transient errors in its log files. Are there known issues with any of the above and Malwarebytes Privacy?
  6. 1. Followed the instructions to remove and then re-install MB and MBP. 2. After the re-install, tried to run MBP, and kept getting a message to check my Internet connection. My Internet was connected, and it was working OK 3. To fix the above error, I had to reboot my PC. After the reboot, MBP connected OK. 4. I went to a few websites after connecting - all worked OK. 5. I then right clicked the MBP icon in the system tray and chose Disconnect. Immediately my network connection icon changed to a globe (no Internet) 6. I then ran the "Gather Logs" from the MB tool - attached the logs to the case. NOTE: After maybe 15 minutes, my network connection icon changed on its own, from a globe to a little computer indicating I now had Internet access. I did not have to reboot or do anything else. mbst-grab-results.zip
  7. No, the Kill Switch is not enabled. And I disconnect the VPN by toggling the On / Off button in MBP or right clicking the MBP icon in the Notification area and choosing Disconnect. I will run the Malwarebytes Support Tool and post back.
  8. When I first started using MBP it was great, had no issues with it. Then, at some point, I started having a problem with losing my Internet connection when disconnecting from MBP. While running MBP still works great, it is only after I disconnect, I have a problem. At first, I was able to fix this by disabling and then re-enabling my Ethernet card (NIC) in Control Panel, but that no longer works, and the only way I can fix this is by rebooting my PC. Although there are times when even that does not work and my PC gets stuck on "Restarting" and I have to power cycle my PC. I tried uninstalling MBP and re-installing it, but the problem is still there. I have no other problems with network/Internet connectivity - until I start using MBP. Can this be fixed? If not - I will need to switch to another VPN program that works correctly.
  9. I was going to upload a side by side image of the 2 apps for comparison - so you can see the difference. Malwarebytes and Glasswire. As mentioned above, Glasswire has a setting that lets you adjust the size of the application window components, but when I uploaded the image, the web page resized the image so you can't see the difference. It did the same to the image you posted as well, so that is not a true representation. I'm not sure who "AdvancedSetup" is. If you are a Malwarebytes employee, please just pass this request on - I'm sure I'm not the only one who has mentioned this. If you are not, please let Malwarebytes support respond.
  10. Doubtful. If anything, it would improve things. And the Microsoft recommend scaling for 4K monitors is 150%. This is actually a common problem on high resolution monitors. Some application makers take the higher resolutions into account when creating their apps, others don't.
  11. I attached the file. However, I doubt it is anything from a system perspective on my PC. In my Display Settings, the scaling is set to 150%. Windows 10 is the latest version with all updates. In another app I use called Glasswire, they had the same problem. Enough people complained about it that they added a slider bar in the program settings you could move back and forth that would enlarge and decrease the size of text, icons, buttons, etc. Made a big difference. Maybe MB needs the same thing. mbst-grab-results.zip
  12. The Windows Malwarebytes application does not seem to take into account people use 4K Monitors, like I do. When you open Malwarebytes, the application interface is small. I am always looking for a way to make it bigger. Especially the text. Teeny, tiny text. Can you update Malwarebytes so it scales better on 4K Monitors. To be honest, that should be a given now-a -days.
