  1. Today without changes on my home network got malwarebytes activated. Have checked on clients (using VPN) and was activated too. Probaly lag spike or any stuff processing on activation server.
  2. The link I have provide from the malwarebytes explain about how to add the malwarebytes in the exception list of any antivirus (read not only kaspersky), check: Have did it on lasts 2 years on my Home PC and clients networks which I manage. My home PC and the clients I have recomended use malwarebytes all have same issue after this new release. So instead say to use an product not tested before goes to production (malwarebytes) which will make an lot of headache I will say to remove it and problem solved, pretty simple. PS.: Before post today here, have used the fixtool and like sayed before if you dont read, have opened an ticket days ago without answer:
  3. Quick note: My ISP dont provide IPv6, so if your server have only IPv6, that would make lot of people like me never be able to update or activate the program. Have test ping on online services tools to see if its an block of my PC or ISP, and all online tools fails on ping keystone.mwbsys.com (and yes I know its possible disable ICMP).
  4. New version released (4.4.4) and server offline making impossible activation. Your support page explain there 2 servers for activation: https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038522974-Malwarebytes-for-Windows-antivirus-exclusions-list This part: Ping works on sirus.mwbsys.com Ping fails on keystone.mwbsys.com Ticke 3544639 opened 2 days ago and not answer. This show the lack of support and why I will not renew this service, I use Malwarebytes and Kaspersky, but Kaspersky answer the issues in 48 hours, next time I will renew only Kaspersky.
