Hello! I managed to solve my issue, turns out it was a bad extension so I have disabled and removed it. Thank you for your time though. This thread can now be closed.

Hey, so normally Roguekiller, Malwarebytes, or HitmanPRO would usually take care of any issue I have. However, this time I have a more stubborn issue. Every single time I click, "New Tab" on Google Chrome, a window will pop-up underneath, if the window is already open then another will not come up. It always redirects me to three sites, attached to the post. Thanks.
