  1. Thanks for the crazy fast reply - miekiemoes ! Coming from a MWB's 'normal user' ( who works in I.T. ) perspective - is MWBs perhaps working on a more informative method of letting the user know it already 'fixed' it ?... did i perhaps miss that ? What i mean .. is from a MWB's customer perspective.. all i saw was : 1) MWB's quarantined a file 2) part of the event details mentioned "Machine Learning" ( aka Skynet is getting Close.. haha jk ) . Thus given just those details.. i dont see how a user could - on their own - determine everything is good now with that file . i.e. Machines can learn Poorly / inaccurately .. haha... Perhaps in future Versions that distinction can be more obvious . ( i.e. It learned from it and it was a false positive / all is good now ) Thanks for creating a cool product i count on.. ( along w/ a healthy antivirus ) . thanks .
  2. Hi , Attached what i believe to be the log and the actual file . No way of course for ME to verify its a false positive - im making the presumption as it was while i was downloading the Grim Dawn game from Steam . This game is like from 2016 thus a bit odd to me at least to get false positives still .. perhaps there was an update . It does appear there Is an app called Viewer.exe actually in the game .. what's odd is it only triggered while Downloading ... if i look in the actual eventual install folder i Do see viewer.exe there Currently - even After MWB's quarantined it ... \Steam\steamapps\downloading\219990\Viewer.exe i am 100% presuming it's Grim Dawn.. as thats the only thing i was doing w/ Steam at the time.. and Viewer.exe is an actual file in that app ... but i have no clue what the 219990 represents . I would guess its the temp download Dir for Grim Dawn . MWB's snagged the file during the download and quarantined it . Even after MWB's snagged it - i DO see Viewer.exe located in : \Steam\steamapps\common\Grim Dawn\Viewer.exe I then ran a MWB's Scan on the file and it says its Good / Clear - thus im confused . :) .. thanks MWB-Viewer-exe-log.txt Viewer.zip
