  1. I did the clean install, and things appear okay now. I haven't noticed it revert back yet. Its quite sporadic when it does happen. If it does, I will report it here but so far so good. Thanks!
  2. I've noticed that sometime when I boot up my Windows 11 machine and open Malwarebytes, the theme reverts itself back to the default stock settings. Normally I use the Dark color theme with the Data Web background option but sometimes I'll upon the Malwarebytes console and it reverts back to the Light color theme and the Cityscape background. Not sure if this a bug or some other kind of issue. Thanks!
  3. Here's my issue so far... I went to log into the my.malwarebytes.com site to de-authorize and old PC of mine so that I could enter the product key for my new laptop I purchased. When I went to log into the site, it said incorrect password which I thought was very odd since I use bitwarden as my password manager. So I tried entering the password manually as well as tried using a different browser and each time it displayed the error of Your email and/or password is incorrect. So I finally tried using the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page and after I entered my email address it displayed the error of User with the provided email not found. So I was a bit freaked out because I can't log into the site and I immediately suspected that my account had been compromised. Just for the heck of it, I tried entering the email address I used to use on the account before I changed my account email a couple of months ago and it appeared to be on the account. I went to the forgot password link and it said it had sent my old email a verification code to login. The issue is I deleted that email and it is no longer recoverable at this point. One other thing to mention is I just logged into my account the other day with my current email, no issues whatsoever. I even have the emails with the login verification code to prove it from previous logins on the site. Does anybody have any clue what might be going on here? I'm worried that something has happened to my account or hopefully its an issue on Malwarebytes's end and not mine. If they had issues on their end and rollback say some sort of user account database or sets of servers to old data, then maybe their system thinks my old email is still associated with my account. If anybody has any possible insight that would be great. Thanks.
  4. For reference, I have an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra device which I run the Malwarebytes app with Premium on along with the device administrator mode enabled. After the most recent update, my Malwarebytes app has a significantly noticable lag when opening the app. My Galaxy S10 I used to use opens a solid 3 - 5 seconds faster. Im trying to figure out if it's my device or if it's just the app and it needs reinstalled on my device.
  5. So I was using my desktop like normal when I was suddenly alerted of an item that was scanned and immediately quarantined. As shown in my provided screenshot, a random binary file was marked as a Malware.Heuristic.1001 as shown. Since this was in my App-data folder within my user account I wasn't sure if there was a false positive or not seeing how there are a ton of binary files in the same folder in which this specific .BIN file was quarantined. If can I provide anything else for reassurance that this was simply a false positive that would be great. I have also attached the report generated from Malwarebytes as well for verification. Thank you! NvidiaBIN.txt
