  1. I can see that malwarebites is using up a lot of cpu here but that's not the cause of it, it's always at 90% unless the cpu levels actually go above 90%
  2. Whenever I take a look at task manager due to a loud fan or lag, it always comes up with 90% as the CPU percentage, despite the percentages of it not adding up. Not only this, but task manager is constantly changing (not sure if this is an issue) and it's causing problems. I want a reason and a way to make the task manager more accurate. svchost.exe is also constantly using up ~25% or higher.
