  1. It has been nearly 3 weeks since I first logged my ticket (3481316) and I have not heard back, My issue is that I am locked out of my account as the primary email address has been changed, I have the order number and license keys to prove purchase. Would it be possible to look up the status of this ticket and request that support follows up with me please? @AdvancedSetup
  2. I am also having this issue, it has nearly been 3 weeks since logging my ticket with support (3481316) and I have still not received and resolution. I understand times are busy however having no protection on any of my 4 devices i have paid a license for is not acceptable. I will be adding my own forum post too in case this is not seen.
