  1. Recently ive had a bit of a panic about a malware i thought i had removed has changed some things in my system, although running a scan with mcafee clears the majority of it up, but on startup it returns. I have run a scan with hitmanpro and it seems to be IntelAudioService.exe was changed when i had the malware originally. I have a dell inspirion 15 5000 running windows 10 and i think i just need help replacing the file. Thanks.

  4. should i run another scan with malwarebytes to see if anything pops up?
  5. i cant really get a good screenshot but this is the link that popped up after opening youtube and backing out a couple times.
  6. just tried a new browser and it does the exact same even without it being my default browser. i have no idea what to do.
  7. just wanted to add a bit of info, after going on the mcafee website evey time i clicked i got clkde.tradedoubler.com/ then a bunch of letters then got redirected. also i am getting a redirect from syndication.exdynsrv.com even though it has nothing to do with the site

  9. recently i have been infected by a trojan, occamy.AA to be specific, mcafee caught some of it but i still have some adware and some PUPs on my laptop somewhere and some fake popups. ive scanned with malwarebytes, hitmanpro, mcafee, and tried using adwcleaner but nothing is coming up. Help? i have a dell inspirion 15 5000, am on Version 10.0.19043 Build 19043, windows 10, and have had this problem for about a week and a half.
