  1. Thank you for your help though, my pc works perfectly, much better than before.
  2. I was able to fix the issue by uninstalling the USB composite Device drivers and reboot; windows then properly installed the mouse and keyboard hid ps/2 drivers. Everything seems to be working fine now. Is there anything else I need to do?
  3. Yes, but not right now, it's late. Do I need to change keyboards? The one I currently have is irreplaceable.
  4. This is a PC, x64 bit Windows 10 operating system, ASUS TUF B360-M Gaming.
  5. My HID Keyboard Device Drivers are from 2006, probably out-dated and I cannot find a reliable and safe website where I can download them, my windows update on the other hand, I was able to fix the issue by referring to this youtube video about the windows update services. The error message then went away after I retried the scan, windows was up to date 👍
  6. My PC responds fine, I am having some trouble updating Windows however (Error code x080070057 and x080080005) and my Google Chrome is having trouble detecting my keyboard shortcuts such as Ctrl+W and Ctrl+T; performance wise my pc is normal. Addition.txt FRST.txt
  7. Malwarebytes and Adwcleaner logs attached below: MalwareScan2.txt AdwCleaner[S03].txt
  8. Frst fixlog, took many hours to do, will be running malwarebyte scan soon. Fixlog.txt
  9. Alright here is the log FRST provided from its scan (attached): Addition.txt FRST.txt
  10. After 3 days of attempting to remove a trojan virus that I accidently downloaded on my 64 bit windows 10 PC with several different antiviruses, I've now come to malwarebytes and while booted in safe mode (networking); I installed the latest malwarebytes free premium trial and ran a scan (logs below and attached); after the scan, 10 trojan agents were detected and I quarantined them, after that I was told by malwarebytes to restart and so I did; after 10 seconds on the blue restarting screen the spinnin' loading circle just froze. Can anyone help me remove this annoying trojan permanently off my computer?
