  1. Hello, The deletion of the accont data in the google account after step 8. was the solution. I did sync my other pc with the account and the issue has gone, hopefully it is parmanent ;). 8. Scroll to the bottom and click Reset Sync A window will be displayed to let you know that synchronization to Google’s cloud will now be stopped. Thatnk you Regards Enzo

  3. Hello, Thank you for the quick response. I executed all the steps above... here is the file. Fixlog.txt I still have the issue. Right now I will not uninstall AVG, that is the only protection that give me a feedback about the issue. I have installed Malwarebytes Premuim Testversion in Trail. But it doesn't find this same issue as AVG. do you still have any idea what I can do? Regards Enzo

  5. Hello, Thank you for the quick response. Chrome is up-to-date. Google Chrome ist auf dem neuesten Stand. Version 91.0.4472.101 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit) I followed the topic. It also found one PUP in the registry. But the issue is still there. I still get the accreset.com warning from AVG. Regards Enzo
