  1. Did all the steps as listed, but mbst-grab-results.zip file is not to be found anywhere. Believe that process was interrupted by installation of main app. Noted option to remove ads and I accepted it. Believe that could be what's triggering the problem. Will reboot and see what happens, and advice here. Thanks.
  2. Recently updated to the latest version (Premium v. 4.4.0.117), and I get this message every time I close an email. "Malwarebytes Native Message Service has stopped working" What gives? How can I stop this?
