  2. Hello. Hope someone can help.. I have been using a website for many years, no issuyes. About ten days ago it was blocked with the above message.   4. Hi Sorry for delay, got called away. You are THE MAN !! Worked perfectly. Just ned to transfer my license key and im all set. Thanks so much for your help, really appreciate it. I guess I can delete the FRST app now?
  5. Hi Thanks for the super fast response. Appreciate it. Have downloaded the support tool again and am running now. Its been running on RUN FRST for about 5 minutes and not moved on?
  6. Hi, hope someone can help. I have a license and have used MB for several years. Its always just run in the background with no issues. I recently tried to open the program . It wouldn't open, so I tried to open with admin rights. Eventually it opened. However, now it wont open at all. I tried to run the support tool. It went through and asked me if I was installing it on a home computer. I clicked on Install. I assumed it was either repairing or updating. I clicked on Home Computer and it started to update / download. After a while it said the installation was cancelled. I have tried to uninstall it in Windows, but it doesn't show up in the program files listed. If I click on the app it tells me Unable to start, unable to connect to service! Any help much appreciated
