Hi, hope someone can help.
I have a license and have used MB for several years. Its always just run in the background with no issues.
I recently tried to open the program . It wouldn't open, so I tried to open with admin rights.
Eventually it opened. However, now it wont open at all. I tried to run the support tool. It went through and asked me if I was installing it on a home computer. I clicked on Install. I assumed it was either repairing or updating. I clicked on Home Computer and it started to update / download.
After a while it said the installation was cancelled.
I have tried to uninstall it in Windows, but it doesn't show up in the program files listed.
If I click on the app it tells me Unable to start, unable to connect to service!
Any help much appreciated
