  2. I have a persistent discrepancy. My paid account shows as “active” and paid. However, pop-up window keeps saying account expired. Nothing I have tried including reactivating the license and software has fixed the issue. Tired. Frustrated. Getting angry because I cannot speak to a human to resolve this. This is interfering with the use and enjoyment on my time on my device.
