Okay, I used the Media Creation Tool to Upgrade the PC which fixed the windows update issue and also the virus and threat protection is working. It kinda removed all other application, but saved all the personal data. Is there anything else I have to do?

I ran the troubleshoot and it said it fixed the problem, but nothing changed. I also restarted, but still getting that same error. troubleshoot.pdf

when I press "Check for Updates", it searches for updates, but doesn't say anything, like it doesn't even mention that I have the latest update. And the quick scan says no current threats.

There is no response for the last command.

Well, I merged those registry files in safe boot and did FSS scan, the txt file generated looks different and also everything seems working. FSS.txt Fixlog.txt FRST.txt

I had scanned my pc using Microsoft Safety Scanner like 3 days ago (it took about 3 hours for full scan). Can I attach that file or do I have to scan it again. Yes, I know how to start in safe mode. msert.log

Well I did that Fix thing and restarted my pc, but even after then the Windows Virus and Threat Protection is not working. It's not preforming a quick scan, I can't enable any of the settings (like Real-time protection and all). I have attached the requested files. FSS.txt Fixlog.txt
