  1. uninstalled Kaspersky antivirus and same exact errors
  2. I tried to change it to the google dns with no change still hit me with the failure to connect to license server MBAM404101 no token.

  4. about five days ago i logged into my laptop, opened MB and had error saying it could not connect to license server. i followed the instructions to download the mb support tool and to "clean" the system. used the same support tool to redownload MB and got the error and could not download it. this also happened in safemode when i tried to use the Malwarebytes support tool. found a "mb4-setup-consumer-4.3.0.216....." that was able to install the free version but when i attempt to enter my license key/ID i get the same cannot connect to license servers. could you please assist in helping get this rectified.
