  1. Hey all, when going to d/l the client from any of the links on https://www.chromiecraft.com/en/downloads/ I get a variation of the below from a browser guard popup window, I asked a few peeps in their discord channel who use MB to try the links and they don't report this issue on their end so I'm wondering if a false positive may be the cause somehow.. I tried searching the forums for the btground.tk TLD but when doing a general search the forums time out each time so have had no success on that attempt.. any suggestions would be helpful Website blocked due to a suspicious top level domain (TLD) Website Blocked: btground.tk v2.6.15 | Heuristics: a suspicious top level domain (TLD) f
  2. allright, already had malwarebytes excluded in norton did norton in malwarebytes and turned off fast startup *grin* Everything seems ok, now but with my luck we'll see how it goes.. thanks for the advice *grin*

  4. Hello, updates to 4.5.5.175 update package version 1.0.51871, component package version 1.0.1621 today after getting home from work and seeing the little update box when unlocking the desktop on my home PC. It seemed to work ok though taking it's time to d/l and process and when I went to reboot upon receiving the prompt it didn't seem to load all the way, if I click on mwbytes from the program menu the interface loads and I can run scans, check settings, etc however I have to manually do so it doesn't load automatically ... discovered that at least for me it turned off launch malwarebytes in the background when windows starts and several other options in the settings so others may want to check their settings after updating.. manually changing the stuff back it seems to be doing fine
  5. Allright, that seems to have solved it .. at least the icon is staying now *grin* Thanks for the help
  6. Aight here's the log zip it made mbst-grab-results.zip
  7. Sometime during the last week the malwarebytes tray icon has disappeared after one or the other of the updates.. rebooting the machine (or making sure win 10 64 is up to date) have not helped with returning it.. checked everything from mbytes settings to windows taskbar settings and no luck.. I can start and manually use it, but the scan reports are cleared upon closing the program manually (clicking the X to return to the taskbar like normal) even when the program itself is open it won't bring up the tray icon for that matter.. Any suggestions on other things to try on this? it does show a malwarebytes service program running under task manager regardless but w/o the history option from the program showing results ..
  8. Sorry for the confusion the Pe_file or the quarantined stuff? somewhat new to this
