This detection is in error.
The software in question is a compilation of the source code on https://github.com/goatcorp/Dalamud which is distributed as a build on https://github.com/goatcorp/dalamud-distrib .
I'm involved with the development and we typically see false positives from other antivirus/antimalware software because we package EasyHook and support to download third-party mods/plugins. All of the work is open source and builds are provided for ease of distribution to users.
