RDPWrapper was installed on my PC by an illegitimate Signal .msi I cannot get rid of it, MB finds it , I delete it, and sooner than not it reappears, even after I delete the folder from program files. I'm on a Surfacebook 2 and am tempted to just wipe and reset the whole thing. Any help
