... it's a form hosting site? I don't see you blocking Google Forms, despite the sheer amount of Cryptocurrency phishing scams that occur on there. -
Hey all, surveyheart.com is a form hosting site, similar to Google Forms, that gets blocked for Trojan. It is not a Trojan, please remove the block.

Hey all, it seems the domain hxxps://www.paypal-survey.com/ gets blocked as a phishing attempt. This is an actual domain, owned by Paypal, used for customer support surveys.
