  1. No, neither my computer or email are compromised. I didn't have any malware and I log on your website with gmail account which is two factor secured and I don't see any devices on my account that isn't mine. I think that there is a bug, because when I registered new license in your panel was information about previous registration 3 years ago. But of course, if problem appear again I will contact help desk.
  2. Hello there, I reinstall software entirely and activated licence on my account on website. In app everything works fine but only for a while, because after 1-2 days Malwarebytes get back itself to free version then I need to deactivate licence on website and put it again in the software - and then it works again. Can you fix this? Because it's a obviosly a bug.

  4. Hello, Last week I add new SSD drive to my computer and change connection using the old SATA cable and old SSD with Windows10 I connected with new SATA cable (to avoid crossing cables). Since then I had an major issues with Malwarebytes, first of all it switched me from pro version to free version (I bought license from reseller so I didint get help from support). Then I reinstalled Malwarebytes but it helped only for a while, today the software dissapper by itself and I reinstalled it. After reinstalled, there was a loop of reboot system anytime I started system (when windows tried to launch Malwarebytes with system there was automaticly rebooting). Then I downloaded mb-support-1.8.7.918.exe and clean Malwarebytes. It helped, the rebooting stops and system works stable. I lose my license for Malwarebytes and then I'm afraid of installing it again. What can I do to fix this? I don't have any malware, I scan entire system with Malwarebytes yesterday when it worked and there was no infection, also my AVG Internet Security didint find any malware.
  5. Hello there, I'm using Malwarebytes Premium 4.3 + AVG Internet Security. Today Malwarebytes sent me infrormation about blocked website, which was (according to MB) reached by AVG \AVG\Antivirus\setup\instup.exe. Below logs (in polish): -Informacje o oprogramowaniu- Wersja: 4.3.0.98 Wersja komponentów: 1.0.1236 Aktualna wersja pakietu: 1.0.38827 Licencja: Premium -Szczegóły zablokowanej strony WWW- Złośliwa strona WWW: 1 , C:\Program Files\AVG\Antivirus\setup\instup.exe, Zablokowano, -1, -1, 0.0.0, , -Dane strony WWW- Kategoria: Złośliwe oprogramowanie Domena: Adres IP: 188.165.17.91 Port: 123 Typ: Wychodzące Plik: C:\Program Files\AVG\Antivirus\setup\instup.exe Was it false positive or some kind of mistake?
