  1. Malwarebytes quarantined this file C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\DBUTIL_2_3.SYS and is calling it an exploit. I did quick research and apparently it is a Dell driver. Our computers are Dell in our environment, but I just wanted to double check with you guys as it quarantined this file on everyone's computer. Thanks in advance!
  2. Hello everyone I just received emails from Malwarebytes stating that these particular file C:\WINDOWS\MBREMOTEEXEC-10388-AAS.EXE was quarantined on all of my endpoints. I deployed Malwarebytes using the Deployment tool and I just wanted to verify if this file was created when I deployed it to all of my endpoints. If so, then can we whitelist it? If not, please help me identify what it could be. Thank you in advance!
  3. Is there any way to whitelist this specific program, C:\PROGRAM FILES (X86)\OMESSENGER\OMESSENGER.EXE. This is an IM program we use internally and Malwarebytes is flagging it down as Suspicious Activity and its rating it as "High." I don't really care that much and I can continue to ignore it, but if there is a way to whitelist it so that it doesn't show up anymore under suspicious activity, I would greatly appreciate it!
  4. Hello Exile, So the IE window opens for about 5 seconds, but it only displays white window with nothing else on it and after about 5 seconds it closes automatically. I have opened up a ticket, but I was hoping that I could get it resolved faster as I am not comfortable with users not having their antivirus installed. I had attached the Malwarebytes diagnostics log of the user in the original post above. Any suggestions will help! Thanks in advance!
  5. We have 3 users that access a specific bank account. The bank account requires the users to have Trusteer Rapport installed on their machines. These users were using Windows 10 Version 2004, however, the user that is experiencing the issue has just updated to version 20H2. Ever since the update, the user can't open Internet Explorer, unless we remove Malwarebytes from her endpoint. Please let me know what settings I need to configure to resolve this issue.   6. I had several users' files that have been flagged as Malware by AI. Luckily, these files are not crucial to our company's operations, however I get worried that one day it will quarantine important files. I have attached the Diagnostics logs from one of the users that had their files quarantined. Can someone please review and let me know what I can do to avoid these false positives. Or can you tell me how Malwarebytes classifies it as Malware so I know how to avoid it. I know Malwarebytes AI uses percentages to see how closely it resembles goodware, and if the percentage is low it will consider it malware, but I would like to know why these files are considered Malware.
