Here's the information requested, in the meanwhile I am still having the interent disruption problem from the VPN. The only way to fix it is to uninstall malware privacy VPN. THEHOLYGRILL.zip

Yes, the VPN works fine, the problem I have occurs after I disconnect or exsit the application. My internet just suddenly shuts down without any warning.

"The whole interent section is unresponsive after it's shut down, I can't even go into interent settings. The only way to turn it back on is to force restart the laptop by holding the powder button. A normal restart would stuck in infinite restarting screen. Even after restarting, the interenet keeps shutting off intermittently. There is no sites being blocked, I think the VPN is messing up with my internet adaptor.

I have cleaned and restarted then gathered the logs again. Please note that after restart I have to restart the support tool which took a second to redownload itself, it maybe the reason that the cleaning log wasn't shown? Attached file are the newest results mbst-grab-results.zip

I am still trying to figure out because the problem usually occurs after I get the VPN connected then shut it off. Right now I am having trouble connecting the VPN. I will keep you guys posted.

I did not disable it, but my premimum is expired.

I submitted the scan results and replied in the last post. As of now I'm not sure if it will be fine.
