I've seen this mentioned on multiple topics dated recently and historically. I have not seen any suggestion that worked for me, yet, so I'm creating a fresh topic to push it to the top.
As of today, I am unable to open powerpoint. Used it just fine last night and every day prior to now.
I have added ppt files, then added the program to the allow list. Does not help.
The only thing that works is to shut off "exploit protection" which isn't an acceptable solution.
