  1. I attached the msert.log you said logs ...but I reviewed and that was the only one asked for. I donated 50 pounds? to you because you are not getting paid for this although if you aren't getting paid you are good at this and you should. No recent popups about encryption I am feeling safe again Back to youtube and cyberpunk and all the other reasons I own a computer. Thank you. msert.log Fixlog.txt
  2. The first file mb_quarantine.txt I did when the scan finished and it found something. The second file mb_detection_export.txt I followed your instrcutions to export the item from history. The third file AdwCleaner is the log file from AdwCleaner...which did not ask me to reboot but I did... The fourth FRST.txt The fifth Addtion.txt Thank you for your calm response. I hope the problem has been relegated to MB quarantine. AdwCleaner[C00].txt mb_detection_export.txt mb_quarantine.txt FRST.txt Addition.txt

I have done several full scans and discovered nothing yet... Please help.

I do not find Threat Scan in your UI but Scan and Custom Scan. I tried both...nothing... the farbar tool you suggest in this post... https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/9573-im-infected-what-do-i-do-now/ chrome te
