Actually nevermind it's back.

I downloaded adwcleaner and scanned. It removed 1 malicious file. It seemed to work. The rtp detections stopped poppng up. Do you reccomend I do anything else or am I all good to go?

Hi, I'm getting constant rtp detections after donwloading this sketchy file about 30 min ago. Not sure why malwarebytes isn't getting rid of it. Please dumb down the instruction for me because I've gone through this before and I was really confused. rtp.txt

Okay, I was able to figure it out. All I did was delete this one chrome extension "Ultimate Volume Booster" By deleting this extension it worked. I don't why, it just did. Very weird lol

Can I just put this domain on my allow list so Malwarebytes can just ignore it? Is this safe to do?

Hello, thank you for the fast reply I followed all the instructions but had a problem when it came to resetting the sync, the reset sync button was not at the bottom of the page. All it says is clear data, which I did and it didn't work. Anyways, I turned sync on and off and cleared the data and it's still doing the same thing.
