  1. And, my re-install attempt just dinged me another copy of my license, as if it was being installed on a different computer. SUPPORT, CAN I GET A REFUND?
  2. I just uninstalled Malwarebytes Privacy and re-installed it. Still can't get it to work. I am about to give up on this product.
  3. Still running WIndows 7. Privacy works "occasionally". Most of the time, when I try to turn it on, it tries to connect but fails. If I reboot, SOMETIMES it will connect, but most of the time not. And, if I change locations, it never reconnects to the new location. Any ideas as to what might be causing this intermittent behavior? I get no feedback whatsoever except for "Connection Issue. Could not connect. Please check our Internet connection and then try again. I am about to give up and try another VPN, but paid for this so I hope to get it working.
