  1. hi, ok, the only solution to fix my pc was to do a refresh as all fixes to all issues i was getting as malware deletion steps were not getting rid of the pesky git, was doing my head in. system restores were corrupt, trying to restore from system - recover would fail, online fixes failed, had to download windows n put to usb stick n install that way and now is good

  14. ok, i have found that malwarebytes is not uninstalled as revo uninstaller/iobit uninstaller say they have removed it but its still there, windows can't remove either, i get what's in new pic, i am administrator and i'm in administrator mode so that's not helping either

  18. just tried installing support tool but same error, firewall turned off, webroot disabled, everything i can think of that can block a program is disabled/off. need help, cheers
  19. as title say, started 4 days ago, i noticed malwarebytes was not in taskbar so searched to find out why, every time i try to start the program or install from new setup file to repair i keep getting - there is not enough free memory to run this program. exit one or more programs, then try again. memory is 6.8/31.7 GB (21%) used and c drive is 358Gb free of 465GB. windows version 22h2 (os build 22621.2134) malwarebytes version trying to install is 5.0.12.63 and version that was installed was just under that version as now uninstalled but still can't run setup due to error. tried system restore on every restore point there is and all fail as keeps saying antivirus maybe interfering, disable antivirus and try system restore again. ran sfc /scannow and no issues. only thing next is fresh install and don't want to do that again as was done not long ago. all help well appreciated. i opened system info and added the file hope that helps system info.rar
