[False Positive? - there seems to be no trojan.]

The website https://www.michgehl.de  has been blocked for weeks with the message "Website blocked due to a Trojan".
However, everything is green on https://www.ipvoid.com/domain-reputation-check/.
How can this be explained? Is it a false positive?

What super intelligent algorithm is that? Blocking a whole TLD!!!

At least decent providers expect to place a site on a white list of exceptions.
