  1. Hi, Maybe that is the ticket that your support staff open in order to refund me, after we have try with your technical support to resolve the issue that I was suffering. After we see that it was not a real issue but a characteristic of Endpoint Protection (it has a very heavy footprint on server resource, as I've seen and as your support has showed me it is wrote on official technical documentation), I decided to uninstall EP and asking for refund, 3 days after I've bought that. I see that there is no way for me to see the ticket archive, so I cannot understand the situation at the present. Could you update me about what's next? Thank you
  2. I'm quite sure that I didn't receive any mail in order that question. I've searched for that mail another time now and there isn't.
  3. I've bought Endpoint Protection but it is absolutely too heavy to leave works in my server. You've seen the situation and have told that it is normal a footprint of 20-25% of total resources. I want to be refund but there is no way to do that. So, I try in that way also, hoping to be satisfy.
  4. Hi, The "Repair System" option is grey, it is not active and I've not found any way to activate it. Any advice?
  5. I have found for some time that Malwarebytes every 5-10 seconds starts to take on average 20% of the resources of my PC, slowing it down visibly. I reinstalled Malwarebytes, more cultured, also using the repair tool. I tried disabling Windows Defender to see if it depended on that but no results. I went through DISM and SFC, in case there were any problems on Windows, but no results. I tried to change the Malwarebytes control settings on the Security folder but nothing, nothing changes. I can't explain it to myself, I'm sure that, until recently, it didn't. Is there any explanation for this?
  6. Wow .... I didn't think about it, that was my personal PC with Windows 10 on which I installed the Server. I had no idea he was out of the contract!!! Yes, I have a paid version with a lifetime license, when I got it twelve years ago, it was still there. The cost of the Endpoint is too high for me, man ... I did this thing of my server to not pay that much a year to keep only three of my personal sites. I have to find another solution, maybe it's better that I go back to Windows 10 and put the Apache webserver and that's it, so I don't violate any contract. Thanks so much for the explanation! Marco
  7. Hi there, I'm using Malwarebytes since 2009, August. I've made a little server (Windows Server 2019 Standard, no IIS but Apache) in my home for my personal websites and I've put in it the mail server too. The mail server is hMailServer. One of its features is to use an external virus scanner instead of ClamAV. The mail scanner has to work by command line. I haven't found any trace of this functionality on web about Malwarebytes. Is there a solution to use mbam.exe (or either) in this way? Thanks
