  1. This is a common problem when you don't update your drivers properly. So, make sure you do that while you update your Windows. I also faced the same issue last year and I was not able to figure it out what to do, so I read the article on Microsoft page and followed the instructions and everything got sorted.   2. When I used to use other anti-virus software like Quickheal and Norton I used to see they have got ample of features and options to do manual checking. When I am using Windows 10 and use Windows Defender. I dont get how to use properly and I think it haven't got updated from last few years.
