  1. I have this Advance system Care by IObit, and MWB claims as a PUP. But I have this registered version and it seems working OK. So why is this software a PUP. What does it do to the system. Is it harmfull? Tks for your help Adriano
  2. I've uptaded Nvidia right now, so I'll try first without beta versions.
  3. Well, after a while, no more Kernel-power events with web protection off , at least for 2 days. When re-enabled, new Kernel-power 41 event with BSOD showing some issues with mwac.sys ( driver_irq_not_equal). And so we go....
  4. Thanks for so quick answers. I'll do that and be back with answers. My memory.dmp is 1.2 Gb so below you ll find the link a rar file with 250Mb. The attachments in the forum do not allow such size. Sorry for that https://www.dropbox.com/s/fciln9c1btdrkg0/MEMORY.rar?dl=0
  5. I did exactly what you said, but in approximately 24h I had 4 events ( 41 Kernel - Power). And was not related to the periods of scanning. I'm running Norton 360 LifeLock and exclude all files and folders related to MWB. Today i've run the support tool and gather the logs that are attached. Sorry, but for now it's just the same. ADriano Tks in advance mbst-grab-results.zip
  6. Hi! Using MWB 4.2.1 Since 2 months ago Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19041 began restarting after 20 or 30 minutes after booting. Every event was found to be a 41 Kernel-power and after some tries I could stop this behavior disabling MWB just after initiating. I have run several times the Support Tool without success. Could you find me some help? Attached you'l find the MB-Checkresults.zip after a scan of FBR Scan. Tks in advance. Adriano P.S. this scan was made with a fresh boot and after that exiting MWB in taskbar. mb-check-results.zip
