Hi, Sadly, I don't remember who is the 3rd party Virus protection software.. I have a question, when I start my computer, it ask me what operating system I want to use, Window 10 // Avast full cleaner // Avast full cleaner.. I'm doing the fix that you tell me to do. Here is the Fixlog : Fixlog.txt
