  1. Hello Mr.Kevin, Yes, I did bookmark the Malwarebytes website. I hope I will not get infected with malware in the future but if I did I will come back to consult with an expert here like Mr.Kevin. Thank you very much once again. Regards, Shah.
  2. Hello, Mr.Kevin, Thank you very much for the patience and hard work you put into helping me and guide me through the process one by one. I appreciate it so much and I learn a lot from this experience that I had. I would like to wish you stay safe and good luck. I would not know what to do if there is no one tried to help me before. Regards from myself with a lot of appreciate to Mr.Kevin.
  3. Hello Mr.Kevin, I understand Mr.Kevin is also a busy person. I did uninstall SophosAV and followed the guide you gave in the thread and link provided. Also deleted C:\ProgramData\Sophos. I renamed the FRST software to uninstall without the .exe since it doesn't need it and it started to delete some stuff and prompt for the restart and I did just that. I removed all restore points follow with the guide provided and created a new one. I ran the diskcleanup ultility and removed most the data there. I already have malware bytes browser guard included in my browser always.
  4. Hello Mr.Kevin Sorry for the late reply had to sleep because the Virus Removal Tool took a long time to complete. I did what you instruct me to do. I scan with Sophos and there is no more threat found. Here are the logs files for both FRST and Sophos. Fixlog.txt SophosVirusRemovalTool.log SophosVirusRemovalTool_cloud4.log
  5. Hello Mr Kevin, This is the log from the MalwareBytes. This is the log from the AdwareCleaner. This is the log from the FRST/Addition.txt. MalwareBytesLog.txt AdwCleaner[C01].txt Addition.txt FRST.txt
