  1. Thank you for this forum, I hope you can help. Daniel of MWB Support has been working on my open ticket since November 10, that's six weeks. Still no fix. Privacy works on my WIn 10 Machines. The 6 week open ticket is for my two Win 7 machines. Just like so many other people on this forum I keep getting the "no internet connection" message. I've collected and sent logs to Daniel 3 times. I've done everything he directed me to do - uninstall Zonealarm firewall, uninstall MWB Privacy, Uninstall the tunnel driver, re-install, etc., collect and send log files. Nothing works. I get the impression MWB has a known problem without a solution. I've been patient for 6 weeks; but if support cannot fix what I paid for by the end of this week, I will request a full refund and find a company that can provide a working VPN.
