  1. Hi, So from this post being moved, am I to deduce that this is indeed a false positive? Thanks, alfalfa
  2. Hi, I'm trying Malwarebytes for the first time. Currently on the Premium Trial. When I launch BitCoin Core I get notified by MB that an outbound connection from bitcoin-qt.exe to 159.89.95.210 port 8333 is blocked because it's classified as "Compromised": Malwarebytes www.malwarebytes.com -Log Details- Protection Event Date: 12/20/20 Protection Event Time: 11:02 AM Log File: 195e688a-42a2-11eb-9f7e-c03fd59ca114.json -Software Information- Version: 4.3.0.98 Components Version: 1.0.1130 Update Package Version: 1.0.34537 License: Trial -System Information- OS: Windows 10 (Build 19041.685) CPU: x64 File System: NTFS User: System -Blocked Website Details- Malicious Website: 1 , C:\Program Files\Bitcoin\bitcoin-qt.exe, Blocked, -1, -1, 0.0.0, , -Website Data- Category: Compromised Domain: IP Address: 159.89.95.210 Port: 8333 Type: Outbound File: C:\Program Files\Bitcoin\bitcoin-qt.exe (end) I've googled the IP address and it seems to be associated with the domain wpcoolstuff[.]com. Looks like it's been reported as compromised. Is my BitCoin Core infected with malware? What can I do to fix it? Thanks, alfalfa
