  1. it seems that MalwareBytes is blocking one of our websites. Our domain is clean and does not have any issues at the moment. The subdomains that seems to be blocked is application.scarlettnetwork.com Please add to whitelist asap. Here is the link to VirusTotal as well. Nothing is showing for this domain. https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/b980acfa42037c04fa3fe199f19712db8e07a3d86db098999eaff6313a934e61/detection https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/3aa3fbb04e37dfa55e818ecd23f2cc2d6f70346d389c19c21ca18fb2bad7a0a5/detection Many thanks
  2. Thanks Tom. I'm aware of such and we already submitted a ticket to Virus Total. The main reason for my post is how to get delisted from malwarebytes. Many of our clients subscribe to your services and they are unable to access the site because MalwareBytes is reporting it as a phishing site. What is the process to get our url delisted and cleaned on Malwarebytes. The site is clean. Let me know.
  3. Further o my previous note fortinet looks good as they fixed the entry however virustotal is still showing that fortinet is reporting it as phishing. https://www.fortiguard.com/webfilter?q=www.scarlettnetwork.com&version=8 Which leads me to believe that the database are a bit behind. Appreciate any advice on that front.
  4. Hi and thanks for your reply. Yes we are aware of such. We believe it all got trigerred based on Google Search Console security issue reported. So our first plan of attach was to fix Google and no longer get detected via Safe Browsing. We have been following up with each to delist the domain. We believe its taking time to reflect. Do you have any experience how long it takes? Also any advise on how to carry on with this given that the site is in good order and clean.
  5. Hi our site public website www.scarlettnetwork is being blocked. Site was checked scanned and cleaned against any malicious code. Google Search Console is not longer reporting any security issues. Can you kindly delist it from your end as the Malwarebytes porgram is blocking it. Many Thanks Joe
