  1. Just received an email that says that my key was resold??? By whom or how they didn't tell me. They gave me a new key. Very worried that this could even happen. Not sure this is a reliable product.
  2. I submitted my request on December 4 we are now December 15 and still not a single information from Malwarebytes to resolve my problem. What do I get for subscribing and paying to get this software. What terrible customer support. I have 3 days left until most of my Malwarebyte product gets disbled. Not happy.
  3. Still waiting on a solution or explanation. Getting nervous about this. It is rather troublesome that the license key can be removed from your installation and then flagged as blacklisted without even a warning or notification. I have no clue why it would be flagged that way. I am all paid up until June of 2022.
  4. Friday last week I noticed that my MalwareBytes Premium license key was removed from my installation on both my Windows 10 PC. I went to my account grabbed my license key and tried to reinstall it. When I did this, a message came back saying License Key blacklisted. What gives?? I am paid up until June 4 2022. I cannot find anything in the forums or the support pages about this. I have opened a call last Friday but have not heard a useful reply yet from Malwarebytes. I am on version 4.3
