PUP's are potentially unwanted programs. You are most likely clean but support can verify.

In this case it is classified as Android/PUP.riskware

Yeah I noticed the riskware that was on my phone is non critical that's why its orange so that's ok

But in my download section of my web browser I use opera mobile it says failed to delete file when I tried to delete face app .but even though it said failed to delete ,its gone from opera download list so I'm little concerned , but I also deleted another file unrelated to face app called key messages app and that said failed to delete even though it seems to have deleted the download file from the opera download list anyway

Just worked out if the file was deleted from the phone before, then you go into the web browser download list and try to delete the app you allready had deleted.opera says failed to delete file but it removes it from the list anyway because it doesn't exit anymore I guess because it was deleted beforehand so that's that cleared up.

  2. So guys I was on my home screen and not doing anything and badoo opened itself automatically I was thinking wtf

So immediately opened malwarebytes demo and did a scan and it found 1 threat

What was this threat  it says face app pro i tried to get the good version from non official source just googled the app and installed ,app didnt work anyway so deleted it immediately, anyway should I be concerned? Is my phone clean now after malwarebytes says it removed the threat?

Could you guys check my phone is ok ?

I sent to support via the app and generated a ticket created ticket 3549235

  3. Because the pop ups are not just happening with opera it was happening with other apps full screen pip ups across my home screen even when the app is not even open.that link I posted says it causes pop ups that look like there coming from and app.then you click update via that pop up and you install a trojan.thast why I haven't clicked update from all these weird pop ups.amd lastly if it was legit up date they would not be a different pop up each time.with different layouts and fonts. And I also have all notifications and updates blocked

It's a complete nightmare these andoid viruses are getting out of hand

That is browser related ads.  Which can be resolved with this method:

Clearing your history and cache within the browser.  In addition, clearing the Storage & Cache within the browser itself also helps:

    1. Go to Settings > App Info
    2. Go to your browser app icon in App info list (Opera in your case) and click on it
    3. Once in your browser’s App info, go to Storage & cache
      1. Click Clear Storage
      2. Click Clear cache

If this is not the case, then there has to be an app on your mobile device causing this to occur.  The obvious starting point would be Opera.  If it's still occurring after uninstalling, then we know we need to look at other apps.  But after checking each app one by one, I did not find anything else that could be causing this.  Because you re-installed all apps from before the factory reset, then the app that is causing this is still on your mobile device.

The link I send was the same issue I'm suffering  update your apps pop up

    Hi @Flaws39,

I don't think there's any virus.  I think your Opera app is seriously asking you to update.  We'll be able to tell if that's the case or not once it is uninstalled.

This is the issue I have I think it's called update pop up malware?

    Hi @Flaws39,

Have you tried Brave Browser? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.brave.browser

Maybe try that for a couple of days, and see what happens with the pop ups.

Yeah tried it dont like it .I'll use the build  in Samsung browser for  a couple days.what virus do you think is in my phone and why do you think its surviving a factory reset and malwarebytes cant find it?
