My yearly subscription renews annually on 11/29. Every single year i think, I really should cancel that because i dont use it. Well LAST year i did cancel it, or so i thought. Now here i am with my auto-renewal notice sent on the day it was to be charged. I immediately hop on the website and try to edit the auto-renew feature on my payment method. You have to pick a reason why you want to cancel. No matter which one you pick, there is a auto-response about why you're wrong, basically. When you choose "Cancel auto-renew" a red error message shows up saying "something went wrong. try again later." For over a week, ive tried every day. Ive so far opened three tickets for help. On one of those tickets i did not recieve any type of service or help, but i did recieve a survey of how my service experience was. Obviously i gave them a bad review. Im sure its a fine product. I literally just dont need it, dont want it, dont want to need it etc. It honestly feels like Im trapped in a cult right now where un-enrolling is not an option. I'm not going to go hungry over a measly $27.00 but i DO want a refund simply for some form of customer service. Does anyone know how to fix this or had a similar problem?
