Angelwings

I downloaded a trial version of Malwarebytes. It appears to have found some malware but the scan sticks at a later stage and will not finish. I found a suggestion on the forum for making a log, tried to download the software suggested, and Malwarebytes told me it was suspicious! Not a good beginning. Any help would be very welcome.
