  1. The whole reason I asked for both the $39.99 Malwarebytes refund and the $34 fee from my bank's overdraft is my bank requires cancelling your debit card if there's an issue of being charged fees when you haven't authorized them and I'd rather not have to go through the hassle of updating all of my bill pays and autopays for stuff with a new card info.
  2. As far as what I submitted to them, I told them how I cancelled my account in October and got charged the $39.99 + $34 bank overdraft even though I had cancelled my account prior to when it was supposed to renew. The second ticket included an edited screenshot of my bank account showing the charge & overdraft fee and a screenshot showing how my account shows an active product key until Nov 2021 now.
  3. First ticket was submitted on Nov 6th when I saw the charge on my bank online # 3265013 which got a message "Just checking in. I was wondering if you need further assistance or have more questions, just let me know and I'll be happy to help!" about 3 or 4 days later. The second ticket was opened up around the 9th or 10th under ticket # 3259179 and on the 12th I got the same stock reply of "Just checking in. I was wondering if you need further assistance or have more questions, just let me know and I'll be happy to help!". I live in California and called the customer service number listed as 408-852-4336 at 1pm (making it 4pm Eastern) and was on hold until 3:37pm Pacific (making it 7:37pm Eastern) when I got the automated message then hung up on.
  4. Does anyone know how I'm supposed to get in touch with someone regarding being billed for another year of Malwarebytes when I had canceled my subscription about 3 weeks before it was set to renew? I have now opened two different tickets. I can't see ANYTHING has even been submitted or spoke of on my account since there's no ticket tracker in place or a way to even view already submitted tickets. I tried calling their customer service number today and was literally on hold for 3 1/2 hours before it picked finally said "sorry we're closed". I called in at 3pm their time and got the "sorry we're closed" hang up around 6:30pm their time. In addition to being charged for something I intentionally cancelled three weeks BEFORE the renewal date, I was also charged an overdraft fee from my bank because I didn't have the funds in my account to cover the Malwarebytes charge that I wasn't expecting to happen in the first place because I had cancelled it. Any help would be appreciated.
