  1. How can our users easily check what version of MWB they are on? I am referring to the Protection Service Version and not the software version. As we send SCCM deployment emails about MWB engine updates, users are curious if it includes them or not.
  2. Hello! We have a decent amount of PCs that are not reporting to our console, and the fix we have found is just doing a reinstall of MWB. However, will the amount of PCs we have we would like to push a simple SCCM deployment that runs a command for these PCs. Is there a MWB uninstall command that we can also include the uninstall token with to do an uninstall?

  4. Hello - We have some endpoints that have the wrong account tokens and we are trying to run remote scripts in order to get these changed. We are using C:\program files\malwarebytes endpoint agent\ then doing mbcloudea.exe -accounttoken [insert token here] However, when we try this command from PS or PSEXEC we get the following "Cannot start service from the command line or a debugger. A Windows Service must first be installed (using installutil.exe) and then started with the ServerExplorer, Windows Services Administrative tool or the NET START command." Does any
