  1. Hi guys, I am trying to get a website that I manage delisted from malware bytes following a phishing malware attack. The website in question is platinumtransport.co.uk which was recently attacked by malware and compromised. We have since identified the issue along with its cause (out-dated plugins), removed the compromised files, fully updated wordpress core and all theme and plugin files and lastly, installed a paid security plugin that performs daily security scans in order to prevent the issue from reocuring. Could you guys point me in the right direction as to how we can request the site to be delisted from the malwarebytes blacklist? Thanks Dave
  2. Hi guys, I hope this is the right place to post this - I found a few other threads in this section which seemed very close in nature to my request. I manage a website - platinumtransport.co.uk - which has recently been put on the malware bytes blacklist. Upon investigating this, I found the site had been compromised and appeared to be hosting some sort of credit card or bank fraud files. I have now restored a full backup from August 2020 - which has been scanned and confirmed clean - and then I have also fully updated WordPress core and plugins. Lastly I have also changed the wordpress admin password just to be on the safe side. The website is now fully cleaned and secure and I wonder if you guys could re-evaluate the site and/or remove it from your blacklist? thanks in advance. Dave
