  1. My system seems to have auto-updated, and now works OK again. So by all means close down my query/issue. Thanks, Ian
  2. Although it does work properly if I quit MB, I haven't found any file issues by using the system to eject it - even though it warns that files are still open, it still works OK once the USB stick is re-inserted. For that reason, I don't think that it's worth losing the protection aspect at the moment.
  3. Please find attached the diagnostic file prepared via your support tool mbst-grab-results.zip
  4. As per the title. It used to work fine, but is now failing to eject the stick. If I try to eject the stick manually, then Windows says that a file or files are open and I have to force it through. If I close down Malwarebytes completely, it works perfectly. If I disable each of the four protections, or disable all at once, it doesn't work. Please advise.
  5. Does turning Web Protection off not work for you? When I turn it off, Windows Defender takes up the slack, so I don't feel any more at risk.
  6. Yes, it certainly seems that way.... I'm just leaving Web Protection off until Malwarebytes sort it out.
  7. Yes, I don't think that it will make any difference, either, but coming from a support background it's the first thing that I would have suggested 😀
  8. OK - but the OP is still reporting problems with 4.2.2 - I'll try it, though...
  9. I'm using 4.2.1 and am seeing something similar - on a reboot I can sometimes see all my network devices, but within 10 minutes or so I seem to lose all network devices for browsing. They're still there, they still work (e.g. networked music system) but browsing the network only shows my laptop. If I disable Web Protection, it all works normally again. Is there an ETA for a fix for this, please?
